Returns

All sales are final. Because each piece is thoughtfully handmade and many pieces are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your piece, please reach out to madelineelizabethjewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and I’ll be happy to help, please provide your name and invoice/confirmation number.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be handmade, finished, and shipped. As each piece is made by hand, slight variations are part of its character and make every piece unique.
