This ring is inspired by Isaiah 53 verses 5 through 6, specifically the verse that says, “by His wounds we are healed.” When you look at my ring from a side view you see a texture that's supposed to represent the whipping marks that Jesus received during his suffering and death. Similarly, for the people during Jesus's time when they looked at the crucifixion from a horizontal view, all they must have saw was pain, suffering, and felt hopelessness. If you take a look at the crucifixion from God's view you see that there was a perfect plan in all of it. Similarly, when you look at my ring from a vertical view you see a beautiful stone amongst each of the layers. This stone is supposed to represent the beauty of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, that His life, death, and resurrection all served a purpose, that through justice and love we could have a restored relationship with our Heavenly Father, that through faith in Jesus Christ that he is our Lord and Savior we could have the forgiveness of our sins and spend eternity in the presence of God.
