The words of Hebrews 1:3 so beautifully encompass who Jesus Christ is. As fully Divine and fully human the nature of Jesus is far more than we could ever fully understand. My hope this that this design reflects the words of this verse in a way to remind the wearer of the transcendent God we serve.

The design is layered with symbolism; the outer rays as a depiction of Jesus as ‘the radiance of the glory of God’, the finger print texture in the center as Jesus is ‘the exact imprint of the nature of God’ the incribed words from this verse as a reminder that by the power of His word He upholds the world, and the red ruby as Christs shed His blood for the purification of our sins, and is now seated on His heavenly throne.
